INSULATION:
Every dog cottage is fully insulated (floor, walls and roof) with Recticel Eurothane FP (25mm thick) and fully lined with Marine hardwood ply (9mm thick)
DECOR:
All cottages are fully decorated inside and out in a Farrow & Ball colour of your choice
HEATING:
All cottages are heated with an energy efficient, infrared heat panel
LIGHTING:
Every cottage also has 2 external lights. All electrics are fitted by a certified electrician ready for connection to source
PETSAFE DOORS:
Each cottage is fitted with the appropriate sized PetSafe doors allowing easy access to the cottage for your dogs. The flexible, soft flap is tinted, has a magnetic flap closure and pile weather stripping down the sides of the flap opening which forms a weather-resistant seal
GLAZING:
Doors and windows are fully glazed
SHELVING AND PEGS:
All cottages come complete with shelving and lead/towel pegs
FLOORING:
Every cottage comes with high quality, Pirelli rubber flooring
ROOFS:
Every cottage comes with either a beautiful cedar shingle roof or a stunning natural mineral slate roof (with a suitably reinforced roof for the additional weight)
GUARANTEE:
The Dog Cottage Company provides a 3 year guarantee for all paintwork and roofs

Our cottages are supplied ready wired for connection to source (our team will include an electrician should you require this extra service). Additionally, if a suitable base is not currently in place we are happy to quote for these works.

If required we can (and often do) create runs to go with the cottages. We can provide appropriate fencing, gates and surfaces (whether that is turf, astro-turf, slabs or gravel),
